Postage / Delivery / Pick up
ONLINE ORDERS - SHIPPING:
*FREE Postage offer is valid for order $50+ Australia Wide. *Free Postage offer excludes 'Bulky items' such as top boxes, stands and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer eg: sale items or promo codes. If your order qualifies, your free postage offer will automatically display at checkout. With Tyres, we don't post tyres out. These are only 'pick up in store'.
Orders that are $50 and below and/or classified as 'Bulky' items, will automationally be offered a flat $10 shipping rate at checkout.
We aim to dispatch stock items within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. You can typically expect to receive orders within 1-7 working days.
If the item you ordered is 'In Warehouse' - please note, these products need to be transfered to our store before being dispatched to you. Once we dispatch your product, you will receive your tracking number via email.
On occasions where a product may be temporarily out of stock / backordered online, the customer will be contacted either by telephone or email and can either wait the extra delivery time or be offered a refund or exchange for a product that is in stock.
If you ordered 2 or more products, and one is on backorder, we will collate all products together to complete your order before shipping.
ONLINE ORDERS - DELIVERY:
RACE and ROAD use Couriers to deliver parcels Australia Wide to our valued customers as well as Australia Post. Our Courier Services used are Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers (Aramax) and Startrack. Tracking details are sent to customers via email once items are dispatched.
To view you purchase status log on to "your account" to view delivery updates. Plus please check your emails for automated tracking information. Sometimes these land in your junk mail.
ONLINE ORDERS - PICK UP IN STORE SELECTED AT CHECKOUT:
*Please wait for our team to call you first to advise when your order is ready for pick up in store. (*At times, some stock may be not be physically in the store at the time of your order and/or special orders may need to be arranged.) We will advise you asap if any slight delays with your order.
If you selected this 'PICK UP IN STORE OPTION, then change your mind and/or unable to pick up = A shipping fee will be charged if you require your order to be posted. ($10)
All tyres purchased online, at checkout, you will only be given 1 option to 'pick up in store'.
You can select to pick up your online order from 1 of our 2 superstores.
