Drain the cooling system. Identify each hose in the kit and match to the equivalent hose on the bike. Remove and replace each hose one at a time, taking care to return each hose clip to it's original position. Ensure hoses are in the correct orientation and not fouling or rubbing any other parts. Tighten the hose clips to 3 to 3.5 Nm Refill the system with specified coolant and mix and bleed the system as per manufacturer's instructions.
